Sprowls Studios was founded in 2002 by photographer Gary Sprowls. Gary is based just south of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and much of his photography focuses on the local Pittsburgh region. Gary has been shooting for a number of years and became interested in photography at an early age thanks in part to his grandfather (who always seemed to have a camera out and ready for a shot). You never know when a photo opportunity may arise so Gary always has his gear at the ready.

Gary shoots exclusively with Nikon cameras, and currently utilizes the Nikon D700 and Nikon D300 Digital SLRs.
